- d a y t w e l v e -

Had to catch a train today cos I stayed at Jonos. But I didnt like the feeling of getting to work without riding. Im normally wide awake and feeling active after cycling for 30 minutes.. but sitting on a train for 40 minutes in my pyjamas was not enjoyable...

Not even any time for breakfast

BREAKFAST
2 x Large skinny latte no sugar

WATER
1 x cup

LUNCH
3 x Rye Vita crackers
1 x can tuna
1 x can chicken
Alfalfa sprouts
Cucumber
Low fat philidelphia cream cheese

Large skinny latte no sugar

SNACK
Low carb mini protein bar (substitute for chocolate)
Large skinny decaf latte no sugar

DINNER
Bro thought it was a good idea to get fish and chips..
Handful of chips
Whole piece of grilled flake
