Large skinny latte no sugar

LUNCH
4 x Rye vita crackers
2 x cans tuna
Low fat cream cheese
Cucumber
Alfalfa

SNACK
10 chocolate licorice bullets
Rice crackers
Skinny soy chai latte

DINNER
Hadful basmati rice
Half a malai kofta (indian vegetable ball)
Malai curry sauce (tomato coconut base i think)
Half a samosa
