Well... today we obviously needed a sleep in because we woke up at 3pm!
So the only meal I've had for the day is a breakfast similar to yesterday.
BRUNCHER (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)
1 x slice wholemeal toast
Smoked salmon
Spinach
2 poached eggs
Large skinny latte no sugar
EXERCISE
Jogged and power walked 400m track
50 sit ups
20 leg raises
20 swim kicks
10 push ups from knees
2 x 30 second planks
30 squats
20 dips
20 jumping lunges
