WATER

EXERCISE
Rode bike to work ... 30 minutes
Rode bike home ... 30 minutes
Walked to meet daddy for lunch!!! ... 20 minutes

SNACK
Green grapes

LUNCH
Shredded cabbage salad
Shredded lettuce
Cucumber
Raddish?
Currants

Large skinny latte no sugar

SNACK
4 x Organic low fat peanut butter on wholemeal crackers
Black plum

DINNER
Roasted Sweet potato, then mashed and mixed with:
Spinach
Broccolli
Pomegranate seeds
White Quinoa
Chick peas
Tiny bit of sweet chilli sauce

Dark chocolate bullets
Dark chocolate covered almonds
