No excuses... I just really felt like one:
Toasted wholemeal sandwich
Cheese
Pineapple
Onion

2 x Large skinny latte no sugar

EXERCISE
Bike ride to work ... 30 minutes
Rode home... 30 minutes
50 sit ups
20 squats

WATER
1 x 1.25L bottle

LUNCH
4 x Rye vita crackers
2 x cans tuna
Low fat cream cheese
Alfalfa sprouts
Cucumber

SNACK
Handful green grapes

DINNER
Manuka honey and raisin bar
