+ DAY TWENTY NINE +

BREAKFAST
4 Egg whites with 1 yolk
Spinach
Low fat cottage cheese
Psyllium husk
Black chia seeds
- Scrambled with Organic coconut butter oil (deeelish!)

WATER
1.5 x 750mL bottle

EXERCISE
Rode bike to work... 30 minutes
Got a migraine from working 2 x 10 hour days in a row so the last thing i felt like doing was exercise when I got home :(

LUNCH
Leftover Vietnamese coleslaw.. about 100g
Leftover Sweet potato and spinach soup

Instant coffee skinny milk no sugar (starting to taste like shit) Work instant coffee is always horrendous

SNACK
Handful of red grapes
Strawberries
Kiwi fruit
Orange
Small bite of a passion fruit macaroon then threw it in the bin!
Small bite of a chocolate profiterole then threw it in the bin!
- Hows THAT for self control!! Hahaha I shouldn't have bitten them in the first place but I'm far from the old me that would have scoffed both and more!

DINNER
Leftover Sweet potato and spinach soup AGAIN
Added Gluten free wafer crackers to add a crouton effect
Psyllium husk
Black chia seeds
Dollop of low fat natural yoghurt

Skinny me tea loose leaf green tea
Skinny me tea colon cleanse tea
