BREAKFAST
Jono stayed the night again so I made bulk breakfast and split between the 2 of us.
8 egg whites with only 2 yolks
Spinach
Chopped mushrooms
Chopped onion
Psyllium husk
Black chia seeds
- Scrambled in a pan with a little bit of organic olive oil
Instant coffee with skim milk and half brown sugar
Large soy latte no sugar
WATER
3 x 600mL bottle
EXERCISE
Walked to the train station then on to work... 20 minutes
Walked to and from Coles... 15 minutes
10 minutes on the exercise bike level 4-8
4 x reps 10 lats exercise
3 x reps 20 squats
2 x reps 25 crunches
2 x reps 25 reverse crunches
2 x reps 25 leg raises
Walk from gym then halfway home... 20 minutes
LUNCH
4 x Rye Vita crackers
Low fat chive & onion cottage cheese
Alfalfa sprouts
Cucumber
2 x cans tuna
Instant coffee skim milk no sugar
SNACK
Handful of green grapes
2 strawberries
Kiwi fruit
DINNER
Charcoal chicken coleslaw: Shared
Shredded cabbage
Shredded carrot
Shredded radish
Shredded onion
Fish sauce and chilli
Beef and chicken Pho soup: Shared
Coconut juice
