Feel like today is another new start.. Mondays always feel like that because you tend to slack off and nibble on naughty things over the weekend...

4 x Rye Vita crackers
1 x Can chilli chicken
1 x Can basil tuna
Alfalfa sprouts
Cucumber
Low fat chive & onion cottage cheese
SNACK
Strawberries
DINNER
Vegetable soup (I cant remember this far back)
