Mixed it with skinny milk because there was no yoghurt left :(

Time out chocolate (woops... its a Friday... Ill just cut out my cheat day Sunday)
Instant coffee skinny milk no sugar

LUNCH
Leftover soup
Sweet potato
Pumpkin
Beetroot etc

DINNER
Platter of :
Celery
Carrot
Strawberries
Grapes
Dips
Pekish crackers

Cocobella Coconut water
