Feeling so great today after my weigh in (which I haven't posted 'after' results yet) and feel EVEN better having a healthy dinner last night... Woke up feeling fresh as a daisy and keen to continue my clean eating!
BREAKFAST
Roasted oats
Organic maple syrup
Raisins
Almonds
Low fat natural yoghurt
2 large skinny lattes no sugar
EARLY DINNER
2 chicken drumsticks (oven baked)
3 servings of different salad:
- Beetroot, pumpkin, spinach and feta
- Quinoa, raisin and chicken
- Greek salad w/ Salad mix, cucumber, feta, olives
DESSERT
Shared - 1 small slice of coconut and lime cake with low fat vanilla ice cream
