Organic natural maple syrup
Sultanas
Almonds
Black chia seeds
Other nuts

Mixed with Low fat organic natural yoghurt



WATER
1 x 750mL bottle

EXERCISE
Rode bike to work... 30  minutes
Walked halfway home... 40 minutes

LUNCH
Sweet potato, pumpkin, beetroot and spinach soup
Half an apple

SNACK
Dried seaweed (the low fat type, not the deep fried one)

DINNER
Huge bowl of Edamame soy beans steamed
