1 skim latte no sugar

1 low fat cappuccino sachet
1 cup Chinese herbal slim tea
 
Lunch
Salmon steak salad
Edamame beans
Green salad
Coriander dressing
Shredded carrot
Pickled ginger
 
Afternoon
1 large Mango
2 mini Reece darl choc penut butter cups
 
Dinner
Vegetable stew
 
Water
1 x 560mL bottle
