Tinned tomatoes, onion, garlic, chilli, garam masala and cumin powder
Red kidney beans
Chick peas
Broccoli
Cauliflower
Green beans
Spinach
Mushrooms
Chia seeds
SNACKS
Choc chip cookie
2 Pumpkin seed ryevita crackers w/ lemon curd
