Dessicated coconut
Large skim latte
Lunch:
Lentil dahl baht
Boiled sweet potato
Sweet corn
Red kidney beans
Dinner:
Small bowl of mashed sweet potato
4 double vodka sodas (Because I went to Boiler Room!!)
Vegemite on slice of wholegrain
